It's a cozy 139-square-foot tiny home set in a private shady spot 500 metres away from the main house, with easy access to water, a kitchenette with cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers).

Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surroundings, except for the horse paddocks, house yard, or swimming pool.

By public transport: No public transport is available directly from our property. We advise guests to travel by private vehicle.

- Firewood comes at an extra cost of $10 a bag
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- No smoking allowed inside or outside the tiny house
- Breakfast, lunch, and dinner come at an extra cost; by prior request from host
- Pets are not allowed on beds and sofas, and clean after your pet’s droppings/dirt
- Please clean up after your pet’s shedding before checking out in courtesy of other guests
- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- In order to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our cassette toilets a minimum additional cleaning fee is applied for stays of 5 nights or more. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a hygienic experience during your stay.
