Positive: Very nice and spacious home. The owner was easy to communicate with at first. Back yard is awesome. Home has everything and anything you can think of that you may need. I've honestly never stayed at an air BNB with so much. There's air mattresses and a pack n play. Plenty of extra blankets. Shampoo and hygiene throughout. Comfortable beds there's even tons of food.
Negative: The place was advertised as having a heated pool and Jacuzzi. Neither were available and looks as though has been out of commission for some time. Boards were on the back porch with exposed nails. Wasp nests in the light fixtures on back porch. The place was tidy but not thoroughly cleaned for some time. Dust on the fans on the vents, most all of the food in the pantry was years outdated. Thank goodness we checked and no one got sick. The Internet was not working and wasn't able to get in contact with owner about anything other than booking an additional day.
Summary: Has everything for a big family. Good location.

Positive: The property's location was good.
Negative: Unfortunately, it is outdated. The pool was not functioning, and the backyard garden has great potential. Moreover, the home was very dusty, and the property had a roach problem, making it not suitable for families with kids. However, the location would work great for people who are 50 years old and above or families with no kids or teens.
Summary: For the amount spent, I would have chosen another property.
