Summary: Clean house. Air conditioning through out except one room, second floor toward the front of the house. Very family friendly!! Great location!! Near food, beach and playground. Love it!!

Summary: AC worked well, was family friendly, arcade “old school” games were a lot of fun. Walkable to restaurants, beach and children’s park/play ground. Easy drive to Treasure Island and other Gulf beaches.

Summary: Everything was as advertised. The best feature was the location - convenient to the beach and only one block to the main drag. Great AC! The property was hot when we checked in but cooled down quickly. The only gripe was that there was only a single roll of toilet paper in the entire house when we checked in, but we navigated that ok (we don’t typically bring TP when we go on vacation). Overall, this is a great house for a big group. And the video games were a nice touch.

Summary: We had a family group down for a graduation and the house was perfect for our needs. Good location to the college, beach, and downtown but also with good walkable bars/restaurants. The town is still recovering from the hurricanes, but there’s enough open to find what you need.

Summary: The house was awesome. The neighborhood is so much fun, you can shop, get coffee, spend a while in a bar or go get dinner all at the end of the street. The neighbors were the sweetest. The bed situation is a little different than listed. The bunk room only has 2 sets of bunk beds, not 2 bunks and 2 doubles. And room number 5 has a twin trundle bed and a fold away bed, rather than a double and 2 twins as listed. Other than that the house was amazing and we would definitely rent it again.
