Summary: I was really disappointed in this property. The only thing that was excellent were the employees trying to make the stay worthwhile. The Tv did not work properly, The fireplace in the room would have been romantic if it worked. The breakfast offered did not compare to other hotels stayed at, which were much more reasonably priced. The new spa is beautifully appointed. The staff was amazing. They tried to make up for all the shortcomings of the property. Extremely disappointed in the amount paid for the amenities offered

Summary: We recently spent nine days at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel de la Paix in Geneva. To say it surpassed our expectations would be an understatement. While the experience at any hotel of this caliber should be first-class, our experience here was unparalleled. Truly the best location in Geneva, the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, and our room had a stunning view of Lake Geneva and the surrounding city. The hotel staff were all top-notch. From the door staff to the front desk staff to the concierge team, all were exceptional. It seemed everyone working at this hotel is truly happy and perpetually smiling. Such a phenomenal experience! If we are fortunate enough to return to Geneva, I do not think we could stay anywhere else.
