Summary: Marcus was a great host and was always available to help answer any queries my family had. The apartment itself is very spacious, has great features and amenities. It is surprisingly quiet given it is on a main street and there is a tram stop directly outside the property. The apartment was secure, comfortable, clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend to stay here and would book it again.

Summary: At the top end of Fitzroy Street overlooking the park with lovely views from the balcony and cafes on the street, also right by tram and bus stops. Inside it was very roomy, with everything you could ask for. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Summary: We very much enjoyed our stay here in St. Kilda. The location is great for easy walk to dining/shopping and the beach. Also very close to Albert park with a great view from the balcony. The parking and instructions for entry were a bit difficult when we arrived, but once we figured it all out, things went smoothly. Pillows could have been more comfy, but overall we really enjoyed our stay.
