Summary: The house is newly renovated and is basically brand new inside. The full bathroom in each room is super convenient and gives a group of friends perfect privacy. Highly recommend staying here and will book again if we are back in town!

Summary: We had a great visit! We were floating the Illinois river and met a couple of friends at the house to stay for a couple nights. Everything was clean and the recent updates were so nice! Very open floor plan which was great to catch up with our friends.nice to be close to downtown and restaurants! It is a newer listing so there aren’t a lot of extras that people have left like spices etc. so be sure and bring that kind of thing if you are cooking. Would definitely stay again!
