Positive: We loved the room, hot bath - although the shower was cold after it. We loved the pool, mu 10 year old daughter could have stayed there all afternoon! The pool was the main draw for us, and really handy as it was raining so much we just enjoyed relaxing in the pool.

Negative: cold shower in the afternoon (it was hot the next morning).

Summary: Absolutely loved our time with you, was a perfect weekend away doing mother-daughter bonding.

Positive: Great location in central Kendal we free parking till 3pm the following day with excellent sauna/pool facilities with a well stocked gym (also free for guests).

Negative: The weather wasn't great but I can't blame that on the hotel! An excellent hotel, definitely staying again.

Positive: The location is great

Negative: We had no hot water , we checked in and were not informed, we highlighted this to receptionist along with a door handle that came off meaning my wife was stuck inside, luckily i was able to open from outside, water available ay 21:00 hrs but receptionist wasnt very helpful

Summary: Sadly a poor experience, no hot water, doir handle came off, uncomfortable bed

Positive: Makes a great based to have a look around Kendal and the Lakes, easy access, parking facilities good. Couldn't fault the staff, very friendly and accommodating. The sauna after a day out was excellent in the pool area.
