Positive: Location was great right next to the freeway entrance. The room was clean so very cute with a kitchenette and the appliances look like new.
Negative: The elevator was not in service, had to carry luggage to second floor. It was not the host fault.

Positive: Nice property. THEY FIXED THE ISSUE MENTIONED BELOW. The location was good for our stay.
Negative: Our check in was at 3p. We were sent two emails with two room numbers stating our code was the last 4 of my phone number. We walked into the first room and we could tell someone was staying there, so we left. Then we tried the second room and it was not cleaned. I reached out to the owner and their original response was we told you cleaning hadn’t cleaned the room. I then replied but it’s after 4:30p, so it should have been. I was contacted by cleaning and advised they were coming to fix the issue. Also the door seemed a little broken. We had to pull on it to ensure it locked, which isn’t safe.

Positive: The room was excellent,as depicted in the picture.very clean.fresh and stylish.fabulous kitchen facilities,everything you could possibly need.clean linen,comfy bed desk and cafe table. Very secure
Negative: I was so disappointed when I arrived ,looking forward to a swim after a long drive.sadly the pool was in the carpark,empty,damaged and neglected.i had booked this property because of the pool. The hosting was very efficient but impersonal,( didn't see anyone!)everything done by e mail very tecky...lots of codes and numbers to get to your room...and to make the tv work. Luckily my partner is good at this.had I been alone I would still be in the car park!!!very strict checking in and checking out times .$20 for each hour for early or late check out.

Positive: I loved the room itself.....very clean, modern, and immaculate. The cleaners folded our towels into swans and I thought that was adorable!!
Negative: Well when we arrived there was an issue with our door pass code but the concierge figured out what was wrong and had it fixed quickly and accommodated me for the inconvenience. All in all I wouldn't even say that there was something I didn't like just that issue caused a delay.
