Positive: Location is excellent, walking distance to night markets, shops etc. size of apartment was ok.
Negative: Where to begin. If you're looking for a hotel type experience then forget about this place. No physical staff to help is a hindrance. The property is located on a side of Bukit Bintang you don't want to stay. So much noise all day and all night from constant trains going by, construction work, traffic etc. On arrival issues with WiFi, then only given one key card which isn't helpful. Keycard required for every single door and was temperamental so some days wouldn't work. One morning key wouldn't work so stuck in stairwell and of course no was responded to help. Gym is beyond basic. Towels were old and frayed. Sofa was stained. Clearer instructions would be helpful for things such as how to make sure the hot water is running.
