Summary: The setting of this house is simply spectacular. The house interior is an equal match to the breathtaking surroundings. The host is helpful, friendly, and quick to respond. This is an excellent place for a getaway; it offers a respite from a hectic schedule but has all the amenities. We will be back!

Summary: Trip was to celebrate my daughter's and wife's birthdays and everyone loved it. The house is beautiful, spacious and well located on the water at Lake Champlain. Mary Beth is a warm and incredibly responsive host. House is well located for restaurants, hiking and great outdoor activities. Not too far from Burlington so we could sample the microbreweries that are growing there. . I guess what best sums it up is my wife is an ocean/beach girl, and after years of resistance indulged me in taking a lakefront house. Now she is busy looking at lake houses nearby to see if we can find one to buy.

Summary: I rented this house for two weeks and I couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay. The view was spectacular and my family and I throughly enjoyed Vermont in the fall. The host was quick to answer any questions we had and she provided lots of information about the area. I would definitely refer this place to anyone who wants to enjoy a laid back vacation.

Summary: The Rocks is absolutely beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. We had two adults and four 14 year old girls with us and everyone loved our 7 day stay. The views from wherever you are in the home are just gorgeous. Our focus was too just chill by the water and do some paddle boarding and what a perfect location to do just that. The adults stayed on the porch or patio, while the teenagers hung water side on a huge float that was provided. At night we were fireside or on the porch taking in sunsets that are picture perfect. Late night, the side TV room was perfect for the girls to hang. The bunk room for the teens was excellent and such a cool use of the room. All the bedrooms had window AC units so sleeping at night was very comfortable. We cooked all our meals there and we were lacking no resources to do so. We did venture out a couple times and found the local communities enjoyable. We had delicious local ice cream at a few different locations and enjoyed a Farmers' Market. On a rainy day we went to Burlington and enjoyed some shopping on Church Street. We can not say enough about The Rocks. Our host Mary Beth is excellent. She was always quick to respond to our questions and extremely accommodating. If you love water, sunrises, sunsets and views of mountain ranges this is the spot. We all were so sad to leave and we would not hesitate to return.

Summary: This beautiful and well appointed lake house on the shores of Lake Champlain absorbed our big and bustling family easily. Swimming, kayaking, and sitting on the porch taking it all in filled our days. The kitchen was far better equipped than most VRBO rentals. And the kayaks, beach towels, water shoes (a must on Lake Champlain), and other provisions were handy and fun. Our family gave this house a heartfelt thumbs up!
