Negative: Good Morning The Roozen residence was nestled in a beautiful location in Prevelly but unfortunately the money spent which was over a 1000 per night was over priced for what was advertised. As much as I hate to have to speak up in regards to the Roozen residence, there are a few definite things that need to be mentioned. This house has been advertised as beachfront which is not true........It has beach views. Due to injuries and not wanting to cause further injuries I specifically booked for beachfront. Airconditioning was only supplied in the kitchen and lounge area. Cooling in the bedrooms was completely unsatisfactory as only tiny little fans were supplied that weren't adequate for the size of the room. windows were unable to be opened due to the fact that no flyscreens have been installed .We did try to open the windows for fresh air but because of the no flyscreens bugs of all sorts were flying in. We weren't able to use the dishwasher as it was broken where the tablet is suppose to go in........so we rewashed the dishes by hand. The way in which the house is priced is also questionable as when you pay for 2 people you have the whole house but can only use 1 room ???? even though there are 2 more bedrooms. In my opinion there should be one price you get the whole house. The way in which they have priced it the leaves you open to complain that there are no locks on the bedroom doors. 2nd bathroom is a danger zone the way it is built. You could not have elderly people in there .You basically have to climb in there with no rails.....very very dangerous. For a 5 star accommodation this place is not supplying what is expected and it needs to be carefully reconsidered as to what is the true price for this place. realistically between 500 -600 would be reasonable. The owners though seemed very nice turned up to the house on the 2nd day of our stay which Im not sure if that is allowed especially when your paying that kind of money.
