Positive: Mike is a great host, he lives across the hall on the same floor as the apartment and is very communicative, outgoing and always available. The photos do not do the apartment justice; the apartment is very spacious with recent high-quality renovation and nicely furnished, beautiful modern design, gorgeous views of the sea, and a wonderful rooftop deck with private pool. The building location is very convenient, has free parking, and is a 5 minute walk to the beach, nice restaurants, grocery stores and pharmacy.

Negative: I stayed with my parents, sister and her 2 daughters (2 and 8 year olds), and we loved it! No complaints, would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Excellent apartment (almost unreal), host and location!!!
