Summary: My husband and I stayed here during our 72-hour trip to Chicago, and it was absolutely perfect! The location was ideal and a quick walk to everything. ALL of the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the city. We also really enjoyed the hotel bar, which had great food and strong drinks. Getting there was easy too! I called ahead and was told to take the Orange Line CTA from Midway airport to the Washington/Wabash stop and it was just about a 6–7 minute walk. I would definitely stay here again!

Summary: First ever trip to downtown Chicago was made even better by my stay here. Wonderful location, spacious rooms, welcoming staff, and lovely design. Very accessible for solo travelers, have and will recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the heart of the city!

Summary: Excellent renovated hotel. Great location, amazing staff, spacious and modern rooms. Perfect cleanliness, good amenities. Certainly an excellent option to stay in Chicago loop, close to Michigan Avenue and across the street from river walk.
