Summary: Had a wonderful relaxing stay in this beautiful hotel in a prime location. The staff are polite, professional, friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean, with all amenities required. The food is excellent, with a fantastic selection of restaurants to choose from and the spa is wonderfully relaxing.

Summary: Hotel was generally very good, the front reception staff, concierge and housekeeping were all excellent. Breakfast however was poor, tea was not piping hot and sausage cooked to order was served still frozen in the middle.

Summary: Superb location & service nothing was too much trouble although they are having the A/C’ replaced in the rooms in the old building and using mobile A/C units that do take up room and caused an issue with the opening and closing of the room window that apparently only the concierge could do for us??? Moved room to a inside room which turned out to be much better as far quieter that external rooms in the old building were quite noisy late evening/night according to friends were who were staying in external rooms.
