Summary: Overall great! Very friendly staff, comfortable, and clean. Only complaints were the shower handle was broken and took a while to get the correct water temp and figure out how to work it. There was a hair wad in the shower drain. Not terrible but just not pleasant to see.

Summary: ALERT—— the only parking is valet and it’s $52 per night. When I booked this hotel stay for two nights, 8 months ago, this important information was not mentioned. The hotel itself was fairly quiet but the street noise from all the night walkers during 2-5am was annoying.

Summary: Stayed just one night to see a show at the Hobby center and the hotel was close by to the theater so that we could walk there. One of the big cons is that it is valet parking only, and that costs $52 a night, which is unreasonable in my opinion. Next, when we were checking in, the front desk concierge let us know to expect construction noise as workers would be working close to our floor. The manner that this was expressed was very matter of fact, not that maybe there could be some noise or "sorry about that." Just to expect it. Was just surprised that the employee set us up to expect a bad experience? The room is small-- much smaller than what I was expecting for a single King bed suite. Walking in, you'll see the bed in the center of the room and a small amount of space on either side and then the door to the bathroom. The bathroom had lightbulbs sitting on the counter which I found was strange. The bed was fine, suitable for sleeping for one night. I don't think I would choose this hotel again in the future.

Summary: I liked my floor, I wish the other floors were renovated because right when you walk in, it smells. Also WiFi wasn’t the best. I had to hotspot anytime I needed to work.

Summary: Bed was horrible. My back began aching at 3 am. Then when I got up at6 a.m a mentally ill person was screaming right outside the hotel and kept screaming until 7:45. Staff was very nice.

Summary: The hotel itself was nice but heavily worn. Very little interaction with staff but any were positive. The area in is located is terrible! The hotel charges an exorbitant amount per calendar day to park your car so guests park themselves and fear for their lives going to and from their cars. The area has a lot of homeless and void of any other visitors/residents. We didn’t search well before booking and will not return to that area because of this. We had food delivered and did not venture out not knowing the area.

Summary: For a 4 star Hilton, it was not great. Bed sucked, woke up with bad back pain and the shower would barely drain. I didnt get a suite but it didnt have a small fridge nor a microwave.
