Positive: We absolutely loved our stay here! From the very beginning, the staff were incredibly kind, friendly and welcoming, and they truly made us feel at home. Our room was absolutely beautiful, with a stunning view that we could never get tired of. Everything was beautifully designed and thoughtfully arranged, and the bed was incredibly comfortable — we slept so well! The food was also delicious, and we really enjoyed every meal. The drinks at the bar were fantastic as well, which made relaxing by the beach even more enjoyable. The whole place has such a beautiful atmosphere, and you can really feel how much care and attention goes into everything. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We would absolutely love to come back here again in the future and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful and relaxing stay by the beach!

Positive: Amazing week spent at the Sanctuary. Everything was top class. The staff are extremely kind and professional and the owners Dean and Jenna really went out of their way to ensure we had a fantastic experience. No request was too big or small and they truly made us feel welcome. I would recommend the Sanctuary to anyone who wants to get away from the crowds and truly relax in paradise. The room and premises were classy with a well thought out design and had a real authentic beach house feel, waking up to the sights and sounds of the sea was an amazing experience. Top marks!!

Positive: Great location right on the beach. Close to the most beautiful/popular beach in el nido. Great staff very clean. Comfortable bed. Nice hot shower where alot of places the showers are weak/only warm or cold. The place is such a vibe!!!!

Positive: The setting was great! Beautiful beach and rather secluded from the party scene in el Nido. Dean the owner is a really great person and so is the whole staff, especially Shirley. The resort buys turtle eggs from the locals to release the hatchlings and they don’t get eaten. They are really conservation minded. Would love to come back in November to watch the turtles lay eggs right next to the bar.
Negative: Dean wouldn’t let me take Leo the puppy home. Just as well, he has a much better life on the beach than I could ever provide at my house. My dogs would be so happy living there.
Summary: Come here to relax and know that your money helps conserve the wildlife.

Positive: Everything was amazing, from the location, our hosts, the staff, everyone was super friendly, accommodating, always available to help us when we needed to get around, transportation, tips on where to go, was the perfect stay for us. Food was great and the drink selection was plentiful. Definitely recommend and would return.

Positive: A true gem! The Sanctuary is tucked away in a beautiful little bay, far from the tourist crowds, but still easy to reach from El Nido town, around 40 minutes by car. Once you arrive, you really will not want to leave. The rooms are simple and comfortable and have everything you need. The air conditioning works well, and all rooms face the peaceful courtyard. There are plenty of places to lounge, read or simply enjoy the surroundings. The beach is beautiful, with incredibly fine sand and clear, calm water. There is a small fishing village nearby but not much else. Most importantly, there are no tour boats, crowds or any of the touristy nonsense you might expect around El Nido. The owners are wonderful and extremely helpful. They can arrange all kinds of tours and activities and are happy to assist with anything you need. They even brought me some clothes I had accidentally left behind in El Nido town, which was incredibly kind. If you are looking for a barefoot paradise without being completely isolated, this is it!
Negative: I would have liked more hammocks and a few more dessert options ;)
