Positive: I really loved the giant fireplace inside and the jetted tub. I like how it was laid out.

Negative: Some of the dishes were gross. Not clean. Like put back into the cabinet without put through the dishwasher

Positive: the location was amazing, loved the community around. easy entry with code to unlock door. the tub was amazing.

Negative: it was hard to communicate. it’s run through vacasa, so you are always talking to someone different. the description states enjoying the wood fireplace but they don’t provide wood. there’s also a fire pit outside but again, no wood. there’s an electric fireplace but it was missing knobs, hard to use and really noisy. the beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. this place has a charm but is very outdated. cobwebs everywhere.

Summary: besides the location and tub, this place isn’t somewhere i’d come back to or recommend.

Positive: The location n the upstairs huge jacuzzi tub was awesome!! N the maintenance man, Nick was absolutely very very helpful and so very pleasant in handling our slight little problem with the TV. That guy needs a raise!!!

Negative: The kitchen has old pots n pans that sticks terribly...n that the main thing we were looking forward to was the wood burning fireplace...was out of order...but we were compensated. The steps are a bit steep...make sure you hang on...specially after a couple drinks!! Lol

Positive: Loved the house n location..but didn't get to stay but one night of the 3 we scheduled..hot water heater was broken. Was relocated to a super small apartment with no beach access appropriate for seniors... No closet or drawers..no room for 3 to sit...it was awful..no privacy... Honestly it ruined our whole vacation!!

Negative: We loved the house..!!! If we'd have known relocation was going to be what it was...we'd have just gone to a KOA to shower n stay at the sand castle...

Negative: The gas fireplace did not work. We had to call maintenance person to fix it. We were not given a code to a lock box. Fortunately maintenance person knew the code. There were no coffee filters provided.
