Summary: We started off having a drink in the sports bar..booked into our room which was small but very clean..booked a table for evening meal.the food was absolutely lovely.the staff was so friendly and easy to talk to..breakfast was really nice .. a very nice stay comfy bed ..will be booking back up

Summary: Whilst the accommodation is basic, it’s comfortable and well located by the sea front in Shields. A few minor irks could be easily improved upon ( luke warm tea for breakfast, instant coffee!!! , not even filtered, full breakfast is good, but a smaller portion of beans would do most people) . Otherwise it’s value for money

Summary: It could do with a bit more attention around the back of the bed and cupboard as it was a little bit dusty, but other than that the room was very clean. Bathroom was very clean. I couldn't work out how to turn on the tv, so i left it and watched YouTube on my phone. The breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. Shelley, the bar staff was helpful also, she is a credit to your team. I would stay there again in the future.

Summary: The restaurant was fine, staff were friendly and helpful, food was satisfactory. Man on reception when I checked in was very friendly. My room on the other hand was not at all like the pictures. It was in need of a good refresh. The bedroom was ok for the one night that I was staying there. But, the bathroom was really shabby. Stained toilet, sink and bath, really grubby looking. I didn't notice the bath and shower until I went to use it the next morning. It was dirty, dust all around the sides, hair in the bottom of the bath and on the shower head, clearly not been cleaned. This was reported to the reception but was too late to do anything about it as I was checking out.
