Summary: Great area, no onsite people to commute with, only text. Need to take out carpet in rooms. Musty and need cleaning. That’s my only concern and they must be aware because there was Damp Rid in the bathroom

Summary: This was the first time I have stayed at a place like this and it was an amazing first time experience! Check in and check out were super simple and quick. The room was adorable and there were a lot of areas to enjoy the outdoors on the property

Summary: Our room was perfect. Everything we needed and very clean. Bed and pillows were great. Access to the town landing was the perfect place to launch our kayak and because Amy and Geordie allowed us to park our car both before and after check-in, we were able to get in two great days of kayaking in the town cove and orleans marsh.

Summary: Had a very nice 3 night getaway with spouse last week. Happy to meet the owners Amy & Geordie (and some of their family), very friendly! Inn very convenient to lots of attractions in the area. Many cars in lot, but property was not crowded and we enjoyed sitting by firepit in the evening & taking a dip in the pool. Bed was comfy and room had just enough. Not really a negative, but only got 2 bath towels for 3 nights, no issues to reuse as didn't find a need to pay extra for more linens. Overall very nice stay and we would definitely consider returning some day. Thx! Cathy & John (Mansfield, MA)
