Negative: The Holiday Club presentation was quite disappointing. We were invited to attend a meeting, but it quickly felt more like a high-pressure sales pitch. The representatives were very persistent, and at times came across as quite rude. When we said we wanted some time to think about the proposal, one of the ladies told us that if we weren’t sure, then the Holiday Club probably wasn’t for us and the answer should be no. She also asked, “Don’t you like holidays?” in what felt like a sarcastic tone while trying to convince us to sign up. We understand they are there to sell the membership, but considering how expensive the program is, we expected a more professional and respectful approach. Taking time to think before making a major financial commitment should be completely reasonable.

Negative: the stairs up to the room very very step which is hard with a young child and kids playroom is dated, needs more toys/ a refresh
