Notable primary bedroom & bathroom. Both rooms have an attached bathroom, walk in closet, & work spaces. Home has excellent wifi ~ 200mbps. Many wildlife visitors roam through the property - enjoy the deer, turkeys and the birds chirping outside. Outdoor oasis with comfy patio seating and outdoor dining area, backyard lights, fire pit, BBQ, and yard games. Close to TONS of outdoor fun!
This property is 1 acre fenced and gated. It’s a peaceful retreat just up from the Rogue River. Enjoy a huge backyard with lights strung across the grass. Summary: It was a good stay, loved the shower, and kitchen. The HotTub was kinda a joke. But it is what it is. Loved the property. The beds were wonderful and had everything you need. The stove was confusing, but great.

Summary: The Shady Knoll is a modern, clean and well-equipped house for cooking or cocktails on the patio with a hot tub. Watch the wildlife go by and enjoy the beautiful area. The owner was great at communication and was very helpful. We'd love to come back and check out the different seasons.

Summary: This property was an excellent set up with two bedrooms with en suites. The house had lots of kitchen supplies, games and a nice outside area. The owner was very responsive and checked in with us to see if we needed anything. We would definitely return.
