Summary: This hotel was excellent. Very comfortable, cleanliness was great, staff very friendly and helpful. Facilities were ideal, pool, beauty therapy & massage. Great breakfast and on site restaurant lunch & dinner. Location was within easy access to centre of Malang. Would recommend this hotel.

Summary: They gave me some fruits with a welcome note. How sweet. I was sick they brought me some tea and they didn't want to charge me. I ordered some fried rice, they gave me for free. Thank you thank you. They are very kind and friendly and polite. You guys are the best.
