Summary: After waiting 5 min at registration for someone to appear, the stay improved from there Though small, the room was clean, quiet and comfortable Attached restaurant was very good with reasonable prices Location was also very good and the included parking was a bonus Overall, would certainly consider this hotel for future visits to Niagra on the Lake

Summary: Staff was very helpful and responsive. Parking lot is convenient but does not have a ramp to the door making it difficult to bring rolling luggage into the building but the front entrance has a ramp. Our room was generally clean but is a bit worn with some loose wallpaper. Everything worked, was comfortable and quiet.

Summary: It was the perfect location for our three show theatre weekend. We love visiting the Shaw Festival but parking isn't always easy to find so were delighted with the onsite parking here. Our room was large, clean and well appointed. Appreciated the free coffee and hot chocolate in the lounge. Staff were attentive and friendly. Also enjoyed the convenience of popping into Zee's for a fresh and tasty lunch.

Summary: The staff were friendly and the check in process was a breeze. I didn't eat at the restaurants but heard great things about them. The room was nicely stocked with a coffee maker and a small fridge. I had a club room above the Thai restaurant. I didn't know what a club room was when I booked it and there doesn't seem to be photos of them in this site. The room was incredibly hot when I arrived and the AC didn't work at all to cool it down. The AC is definitely broken in the room I was in. The toilet leaked and needs repairs so it doesn't "self-flush" every 45 mins or so. I didn't find the bed overly comfortable - because it's a very soft mattress. I much prefer firm but this is a personal choice. I was pretty disappointed with these issues considering the price paid. The rooms should everything in working order at the minimum.
