It has everything you need for tiny living and is only 10-15 minutes to major malls and downtown area (about $12-$18 uber ride to the Aquarium, Lookouts, Coolidge park, etc.) Although the loft area can be a tight ascend / descend there is a brand new comfortable queen size bed to rest your head. If the loft sleeping is not your thing feel free to pull out the downstairs sofa for a twin size bed.

Summary: I needed a place to rest driving from FL to MO. This place was perfect for my needs. Easy check in process and even though a part of the owners property i still felt it was a private location. Would stay here again.

Summary: Property is as advertised: a shed with a bed. Cannot see how this would accomodate more than 1 person . The only ding would be exterior lighting. At night, there isn't enough light to navigate the path from the gate to the shed. I would stay there again. Would not recommend for those physically challenged.

Summary: It had everything we needed and then some. It was clean and comfortable. We needed the AC and the space heater at different times during our stay. Each worked well in the small space. The loft is a tight squeeze but the bed is comfortable to sleep in. My only suggestion would be to warn guests (especially if they are coming in late) that it is not visible from the road and you literally have to walk into a strangers back yard to access it.

Summary: It was a cute little house and perfect for a stay, the water pressure was perfect, the temperature was perfect, and it smelled like fall as soon as you walked in. Also when coming and going there is a fluffy kitty that says hello, and no it doesn’t go in the shed. The bed was very comfortable, and the decorations were the cherry on top. The surrounding neighborhood was beautiful and safe, and the drive was very pleasant. Overall I would recommend

Summary: The “Shed with a Bed” was perfect for me. I was attending the Adult Soccer Tournament and this property was perfectly located. Close to CHA and the playing fields. Air conditioner worked great. As mentioned in the description, the loft is a little tight, but comfortable. Host was extremely accommodating with anything I needed.

Summary: We love Chattanooga and this was a great inexpensive option for lodging. It perfectly matched the description. The loft bed took some getting used to, but once we had getting up and down figured out, we were fine. My main concern was that it would be too warm since it just had a window unit, but it was super pleasant inside and stayed very cool. Would stay again.
