Constructed in 2021, The Shop House is a 2BR, 2BA home that boasts an open concept floor plan with a touch of modern aesthetic. The shop sits on 2 acres and has a massive yard for plenty of fun outdoor activities for the family. It also has two door garage, great for either entertaining or a great place to park the boat at the end of the day. The location is only minutes from Self Creek Marina & Boat Ramp, Kirby Landing, Daisy State Park, 70 Landing Marina, Albert Pike and The Caddo River.
The space:
The Shop House is 2400 square feet of usable space that will be fully available for use by our guests. The shop sits on 2 acres of land with beautiful scenery and has a very private location. The outdoor area includes a small fire pit, with seating and string lighting that makes for the perfect evening hangout.
The garage area is a perfect space for entertaining large groups or for vehicle, boat, and atv storage during your stay on Lake Greeson. It includes a ping pong table, small trampoline for kids and plenty of riding toys for toddlers.
Charcoal Grill is stored in the garage, any additional seating that’s needed, and we even have a large dog crate if needed.
The master bedroom has a king bed, large walk in closet, and a full master bath with a walk in shower. Also, a Twin Floor Mattress is stored in Master Closet and can be used either in the master bedroom or living room.
The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a closet full of toys and books for kids. The guest bath has a shower/tub combo. Shampoo and soaps provided.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need while the living room has a total of 5 recliners between the couches and small comfy chair. Fast Wi-Fi is available and Roku player.
The Laundry room is available for guest use. Detergent provided and cleaning supplies.

Summary: We came up to go to the cemetery in Delight where my grandparents are buried. I found this listing and it was everything it said. Very clean, easy to access. Communication with the owner was great. If we make another trip we will definitely plan to stay again.

Summary: The property is beautiful. The shop house is very nice, clean, modern. I loved it! The key pad lock needs to be fixed, couldn't get in at first. But everything was wonderful. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay here. It's close to Lake Greeson, and we went diamond hunting as well. The property is very clean and well stocked. All instructions very clear and helpful. Will definitely come back when we visit next time!

Summary: We have stayed at other VRBO’s and Abnb’s and no other place has been as well stocked as this place. Very clean and well maintained place. If you want peace and quite, this is the place for you.

Summary: This was the such a nice, clean and extremely well stocked vacation rental! Jessica has just about thought of everything that you might need when being away from home. Comfortable beds, very nice towels, well stocked kitchen, wildlife, large garage to park in or hang out in, and she even supplied wood, charcoal, and starters! Nice large TV and great wifi. I could go on, but to repeat what another reviewer said, "quit reading and book it!"

Summary: I’m not big on leaving reviews but TheShopHouse deserves it! This property was so clean and had everything we could have needed. Close enough to attractions but still hidden away so you can enjoy a quiet night by the fire pit. We loved it!

Summary: Absolutely nothing, but plenty of good to rave about. Very unique stay in rural Arkansas, loved the "garage". Must see to appreciate the rarity of this rental, everything anyone needs for a restful stay. Thanks for working with us. We'll be back looking for diamonds in the rough again soon.
