A BEAUTIFUL spacious home on 3 acres. Plenty of room for 14 guests! Large open Living/Dining area for entertaining w/ a wood burning fireplace. Enjoy a relaxing night, playing games & listening to music on our large patio while the kids enjoy our HUGE yard and playground. Complete privacy with our 8 ft fence around the backyard. Enjoy roasting s’mores on the fire-pit. Then drift off to sleep on our luxurious beds! Plenty of parking available.

Summary: We rented Silverado for a company event at Lake Fork. The house has a beautiful open floor plan which was perfect for dinner and team bonding. The backyard is great for entertaining outside. We relaxed after a long day of event working by the firepit. We will definitely rent again if we have another event at Lake Fork.

Summary: Kelly was in contact with us from time of booking to time of check out. We have not stay at a cleaner place. The house is beautiful, and smelled amazing. The little touches were unexpected and just perfect. I would recommend a thousand times over!! I want to plan another trip to Canton and will be staying here again.

Summary: Kelly was an Absolutely Wonderful Fab-U-Lous Host!!! The Home, being Elvis Presley themed, but definitely was NO Heartbreak Hotel. I had booked this property for my Mom's Birthday. My Family age ranged from 80 to 8 mo olds and there was a great mix for everybody! From a play pin for the baby to be at home, playground, board games, ping pong table in the garage, a supply of balls outside for the older kids to a supply of beer and wine in the fridge for the adults, kept everybody entertained! Kelly had thought of EVERYTHING! Even had a supply of toaster forks to roast marshmallows at the Fire Pit. My absolute FAVORITE considering during our stay it was a bit frigid out at 52 degress!! I would HIGHLY recommend this Home. Home is located near downtown Emory. Everything is close by! From Groceries to an array of places to eat. Such a hidden gem!! Thank you Kelly for such a memorable experience my Family will cherish for years to come! We will most definitely be back!
