Summary: This hotel was very unique and clean. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The downside is that there are about 40 steep stairs to climb.

Summary: I love the history of the building and how well it is kept. Very clean and professional environment located downtown..We highly recommend this place.Also love the fact it still looks historic on the outside and the inside is historic and contemporary. truly historic hotel! love it!

Summary: Water took for ever to get hot. Shower was a phone booth. Hallways echoed from others outside the room. Toilet was not anchored properly (Eeeep!). No back-up roll in the room. Bring bottled water.

Summary: We spent one night in Greenville and this hotel was perfect. The sweet lady who manages the property was very kind and helpful. She even met us at the door and assisted with our bags. The only draw back for us was the stairs(no elevator). If it weren’t for my asthma I wouldn’t have minded the stairs.
