Positive: Niki and Richard are the consummate hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. A warm Scottish welcome and hospitality. Good food great breakfast. Will have to return

Positive: We stayed in the cottage out the back of the pub for a night whilst we attended a local wedding and it was a really lovely base for us. Two bedroom cottage with bathrooms on each level and it felt very homely. Beds were comfortable, easy to access, a lovely host and good breakfast in the main restaurant area.

Positive: We really enjoyed our short stay! We used the lodging as a central location to visit multiple hotspots all within an hour's drive. The very friendly owners go out of their way to ensure that all your needs are met, including recommendations for where to go and what to see. Dinner and a pint in the restaurant after a long day of touring, and a full Scottish breakfast made to order. Off-street private parking and a comfy room. Bonus - you'll get to meet some local doggies in the pub. Great value.

Negative: Really, nothing was wrong! It is an older building with a long history of serving as a carriage house for travelers. A tradition they carry on today.
