Summary: Nice mix of fancy and relaxed. Wonderful service from helpful staff. Spa was lovely. Enjoyed the outdoor pool and hot tubs. Great access to ski slopes. But also, pricey, and limited options for dining.

Summary: The room and facilities were very nice. Swen's restaurant was excellent with great food and service. We appreciated that they were able to move us from a table directly in front of the kitchen door to a window. A good restaurant planner would have put a wall or a screen in front of the kitchen door. Our TV did not initially work. The ice machine was broken. I ordered one of four dessert wines available at the bar and they were out of it. The worst of it was that our room was located under the kitchen/dining room area which had a hard floor so we heard noise from that throughout the evening and early morning. At some point in the middle of the night the screen on the bedside telephone started flashing for no apparent reason and we had to unplug it to get it to stop. We expected a better experience for the price. I would go back to the restaurant but probably not the hotel.

Summary: Property was stunning. Excellent staff at restaurants. We had leak outside our room that took 2 days to fix. We had to listen to dripping water for 2 days.
