Summary: The staff proved gracious and attentive, though registering my Amex for incidentals presented a brief snag. Meals at The Gulch Pub were generous and reasonably priced—most of the dinner shone, save for the overly dry chicken—while breakfast at Swen earned high marks, especially the superb huevos rancheros. We look forward to indulging in spa services and have already savored a brisk ascent up the mountain.

Summary: Staff was wonderful. We were placed in a room next to the public bathrooms, which ended up being pretty loud, even through the night we heard flushing. Not ideal, a lovely place nonetheless.
