Summary: Staff all fab and friendly. No coffee in room (all decaf), air con very poor. Pool area had no bar til 5pm which was frustrating!

Summary: In the beginning it seemed an interesting alternative idea but it turned out to be a scam . How they do it? They advertise the hotel as a 4 star hotel in the facade. This may be the case for some front rooms which happen almost always to be sold out and then they sell you something else which is located in an other building in the back of the hotel forgetting to mention that those rooms are of a different standard,the equivalent of a 2 star hotel. As a result i paid an average of 130€ per night for a 2 star hotel with its relating problems i.e poor room service, almost no internet connection ect. Where is my Hotels.com agent to protect me? I think they better contact me to find out a remedy if they still want to do business with me in the future P.S. I see now that they have made an addition which didn't existed when i made my reservation with Hotels.com trying to clear things out but they still confuse the consumer on purpose I say on purpose because if they wanted to be correct they should have put two different signs on the facade of the hotel one sawing 4 stars and another sawing 2 stars so that the consumer realises that there are two different standard hotels in there and there is a danger to get a 2 star room for the price of a 4 star one I hope my agent Hotels.com interfere on time if not I shall have to take the matter to the competent consumer protection EU authorities

Summary: Easy check in/out. Friendly staff. Clean room with everything I needed. Excellent location to walk to many sites in the city. Excellent location next to a large train station. Enjoyed the rooftop bar, pool, and cafe. Would absolutely recommend

Summary: Friendly staff and great value. Only let downs were no toaster at breakfast for both days, just a sign saying out of order. Roof terrace and pool are great but the edge of the pool really needs cleaning. Recommended. Hope they sort those 2 things.

Summary: Very happy with our stay. Perfectly clean rooms, food available late when we got in to check in at night, breakfast available until 11/12 depending on day of the week. We didn't spend much time there but any staff we did interact with were all friendly and helpful in either English or Spanish.

Summary: Super hotel, mostly young adults there, vibe was good, service was great! Rooms were fine, very new and modern, bath was fine as well. Depending on what you’re planning to do, i think the location was good, close to a huge park and plenty of great restaurants. Can recommend going for the sunset spot in the park where they play music, ask a local! Takes a bit to go to the center, but it’s alright if you don’t plan to spend all your time in there (you shouldn’t!). Only things on the negative sides: 1) Rooftop pool area is fairly small and therefore a bit crowded - wasn’t a big problem for me, but i can imagine it can be in periods when hotel is full. 2) The food they make is unfortunately very boring, I would highly recommend to go out to eat instead.
