Summary: Good-sized studio home in an established neighborhood. Private parking and secure entry from the alley. Queen bed, huge kitchen, full bathroom, full-sized laundry appliances. Updated and modern. Very comfortable, contemporary decor, dine at the kitchen bar or at the cafe table off the driveway.
