Summary: Some things should be improved: The washbasins (sinks) in the bathrooms are a joke. They should be completely replaced. The new BBQ was in place without the grils. The old one was not usable (rusted). This was actually the most important miss. Otherwise we liked our stay and we thank the host.

Summary: Amazing stay. Very clean and comfortable. Robin was great and very helpful. My wife and kids were very satisfied. Will do it all over again

Summary: We enjoy our stay at this house. The furniture are so comfortable. It is spacious and the extra features of the basketball court and outdoor seating. We don't wear shoes at the house and so the floor could use a little more cleaning. Some kitchen facilities were broken such as cold water and ice breaker. We didn't know the coffee maker was a Keurig and we brought ground coffee. So, no coffee for two mornings. We came at the weekend when the neighbors are having graduation parties. There was loud music until past 1pm. overall, a good value for the stay.

Summary: Great property on Long Island with 3 basketball courts - plus basketballs are provided! This worked out great for some pickup games with a couple of friends and bros. The inside was excellent with modern appliances and comfortable bedrooms. Nice location as well.

Summary: This house is in a great location, and has large comfortable bedrooms. The layout is a bit unusual as is the decor, and it is my understanding that the owner is planning some remodeling soon. That said, Robin was very friendly and accommodating and I would not hesitate to rent from her again.
