Positive: Fantastic Location. Short stroll to beach and a longer stroll to Pt Lonsdale shops. House is amazing, large open floor plan with plenty of seating and one of the longest dining tables I have seen. Beds were all very comfortable and got quality sleep. Great deck for sitting and relaxing. Good sized fridge and lots of kitchen equipment supplied.
Summary: Great place to stay for lare group.

Negative: Bit of dog hair on the carpet and floors up stairs.
