Positive: it was almost impossible to find something wrong with hotel, I loved everything about the hotel, very welcoming, clean and very caring staff they give their 120%, I paid for a cola for 40 riyal and when I cancelled the cola they made sure it would get refunded asap, too good to be true.

Negative: I loved the hotel 99%, the 1% would be the buffet, it is really good but they would be better if they had more variety in the food options

Positive: Everything about the St Regis was a beautiful breeze. From the moment I got out of the car the hotel is luxurious and welcoming. Everything you wish is at hand and delivered with a smile and genuine warmth.

Negative: I loved it all. There is nothing to dislike.

Positive: Everything. The staffs attentiveness was outstanding. Nothing was a problem for them. They were always polite and happy to see you. The hotel was stunning! And smelt devine!

Negative: Everything was amazing but if I had to pick on something it would be the breakfast - the options were limited but still were very good
