Summary: The property is beautiful! The staff and service were exceptional. We had an electrical problem in our bathroom on Saturday and the electrical engineer, David Lociseron, left us the kindest note wishing us a happy anniversary. It’s that personal touch that really impressed me. I will definitely return to the property.

Summary: Need a better system for assigning chairs around adult pool...also beach lounger experience needs to be upgraded to be more luxurious probably sun beds with shade...also first day adult pool too warm waterfall was offsecond day waterfall on but was ice cold soadult pool was a bit cool must do better at keeping pool 83 degrees as most luxury pools do...also pool side service at adult pool was slow

Summary: Darin and the staff at the beach, pool, valet, housekeeping, butler, FD, restaurants were all fabulous. loved nightly turndown service. room was clean and comfortable. balcony large. food at CW prime, Aura were excellent as was breakfast at Riva and the coffee/baked goods at Carolinas. loved the Lagoon experience, feeding the tortoises and the lazy river. great staff for these activities as well. can’t wait to go back. thx St Regis!
