Summary: The tv had no channels on it and wouldn’t connect to the internet so was useless. The guest next door we’re playing loud music way past 11 pm out on the balcony.

Summary: Very clean and very comfortable, with very good air conditioning - very welcome on the hottest day of the year! My only criticism is the booking process guidelines are not clear and the online system needs improvement. It was not made clear that we would not receive the email with access instructions until the security process was completed and the deposit paid. Then, when trying to pay the deposit, it was not clear that Amex was not accepted and the system just said "declined" right at the end of the process. So we had to make a couple of calls to the 24/7 helpline to clarify check-in which was annoying, although they were very helpful. We would definitely stay again as the rooms were fabulous, but for first-time guests the process should be clearer.

Summary: There was a mistake, and our room was not made up when we arrived at the property. However, we immediately got a room upgrade for free, and multiple staff members apologised for the inconvenience. A beautiful place to stay, and well-priced too. Thank you!

Summary: The property looked great from the website. When i booked a refundable deposit of £150 was requested. I tried, unsuccessfully, to pay this from a different card than the card I booked with. Then I paired with the booking card. When I turned up at the property there is no reception, no staff, the place was deserted. I called the phone number to get my check in details to find the deposit hadn’t been taken and I still had to pay it. It took almost an hour in total to check in. The property is lovely, well equipped and clean. My deposit was held for 2 weeks until I contacted the property again and requested its return. Apparently this property is under new management. They have very unusual way or running a business. I will NOT return to this property.
