Positive: The area was beautiful and very nice setting with the horses. The bed was comfortable. It was basic but good value.

Negative: There were full cooking facilities but few utensils some of which were not clean.. There was no information such as WiFi code in the room, although this was provided swiftly when requested.

Positive: The location is really lovely. Just a short drive into Bedford and all amenities yet completely in the countryside with open views of farmland on a working farm. Easy to get to from motorway. The units are well appointed with quality furnishings and have everything you need to be self catering.

Negative: The only issue I had was with the internet and I discovered it did not work when I was in a particular area of the unit, but once I worked out the place to locate devices it was fine.

Summary: This lovely accommodation is a wonderful, peaceful, self catering place to stay.

Positive: N/A A fantastic relaxing environment. Parking brilliant, it is so important to me. A bonus was watching and experiencing the extremely and exceptional hard work that goes into maintaining the stables and the horse's. The staff and the riders/ owners work so hard. The place I am staying in (Aintree) is very cosy. The layout of the all the accomodations is great.

Negative: Nothing really, except for a few little maintenace issues.

Summary: Location brilliant, tranquil, relaxing, calming I cannot fault it. It is like going back to nature.

Positive: It was the perfect location for where I needed to be.

Negative: There was a lot of dust under the bed with wrappers and a dog toy under the cupboard. No cleaning facilities available in the room such as a broom or mop.

Summary: Comfortable bed. Good location. Just needs a little tidy up under the bed and cupboard.

Positive: Great studio apartment. Had everything we needed for our stay. It was so nice to have our own space.

Negative: There were workmen staying that left just after 6am every morning which was unfortunate and it is a working stable yard and they arrive early as you would expect to care for the horses. So would not recommend if you're looking for a lay in!
