The 2300 sq. ft peaceful retreat is nestled in the woodlands near Bala. Within a short drive is the world renowned Torrance Barrens Skygazing Preserve and Sunset Park Public Beach Access . We invite you to enjoy our unique and tranquil getaway with 5 bdrms + outdoor kitchen + Muskoka room + fire pit + sauna + hot tub.
The Stargazer is a magical place to unplug in nature in the picturesque yard. Close to many local Muskoka attractions, your adventure awaits.

- Wildlife: The location of the property ensures wildlife is abundant. You may see a variety of wildlife common to the Muskoka region including deer, black bears, wild turkeys, fox, many species of birds, skunks, racoons, mice, snakes and coyotes. We ask you to respect wildlife you may come across, this is their home as much as ours.
- Rustic and historic feel but all the comforts of home including safe drinkable tap water, stylish and comfortable bedrooms and a fully stocked modern kitchen

5 Second Floor Bedrooms:
- 4 Queen beds, 1 Double bed
- Sofa bed in the Main Floor TV Living Room
LAYOUT:
- 2 Main floor Living Rooms complete with 65 inch TV and old school arcade game machine.
- Main floor bath with shower, second floor bath with shower/tub combo
SAFETY:
Your childrens’ safety is of the utmost importance. Therefore, important factors to note are that there are no guards for children for indoor wood stove, safety gate for second level stairs, or children safety equipment for hot tub and sauna. We ask that guests bring their own supplies.
GUEST ACCESS
Wood stove and fire pit are accessible to guests with a small supply of firewood.
All guests must abide by all municipal/provincial rules for fires (bans/timing of fires based on season etc.)
Shed & Garage are off limits to guests.
Winter Access - Property is a rural property so we recommend AWD/Winter Tires.
