Positive: No fuss. I was sent details and clear instructions to get access to my room well in advance.

Negative: The shower was weak, the TV remote didn't work. If I was meant to get access to WiFi I didn't know it as I never saw a member of staff or received WiFi details. Location wise it wasn't quite what I expected (booking.com said it was 150 yards from Burghead which is where I tried to get accommodation for but it was about 2.5 miles)

Summary: It was fine. Unspectacular but nothing terrible.
