Summary: I was looking for an inexpensive overnight option for a road trip. I had not stayed in a motel for a while, but it worked out just fine. The room was not large, and the bathroom in particular might be tight for a large person. However, the Wi-Fi was excellent, the water was hot, the air conditioning worked well, and the beds were reasonably comfortable. I even found a lovely hiking path as part of the Penn State arboretum within half a mile of the motel, so was able to stretch my legs after a long drive. I would consider staying here again.

Summary: The room was basic and dated. The basic needs are met. No room key..there is a digital key pad which is nice. Helpful to have a fridge in the room. Staff was friendly.

Summary: The location from Main campus Penn State could not be better! Front desk is very nice. I only took off stars because the rooms are very outdated and even the one that said non smoking smelled like smoke. I still slept very well.
