As you enter through the front door, a warm and inviting gas log fireplace greets you with an open floor plan featuring a spacious living room, dining room seating for six and a high-top bar seating for two. The kitchen boasts all new stainless-steel appliances and is fully equipped to prepare any gourmet meal. You will have easy access to the outdoor screened porch for the early morning coffee sunrises as the fog lifts over the Tennessee and Georgia skyline.
A Queen bedroom can be found on the main level with a full bathroom featuring a stand-up walk-in shower. Make your way upstairs to an open loft with a twin daybed and trundle bed overlooking the main floor. Summary: Did not want to leave. Loved the space, was SO happy with the location and the amenities. Something for everyone. Without the play area I’m not sure how our kids would have survived, helped us parents relax and there was something for everyone. Will keep coming back for sure. My only issue was that although check is in at 4:00 we arrived around 3:45 and had to wait outside with a 3 year old and a 7 month old for fifteen minutes while it rained. The code did not work until exactly 4:00pm. I understand the lock being time release and not unlocking until check in time but I feel like there should be a 15-30 min grace period for people who actually get there on time especially when we traveled so far to get there. And secondly- no fitted sheets on the bed? It was a flat sheet used as bottom sheets on every single bed. Very strange and seemingly not the most hygienic because the sheet obviously moves while you sleep. But other than those small things everything else was perfect! Can’t wait for our next trip.
