A quiet place in the country a short distance from Atchison, KS. And St Joseph, MO.
We have 3 dogs. They love company but we keep them away from the guest area.
We are 15 minutes from Sparks, KS where the biggest flea market in the area takes place in the spring and fall.

Summary: My family had a great stay here (including 3 teenagers)! This beautiful house is located in the country, so it’s very peaceful there. Entry into the house was easy. The owner (Brenda) was very sweet and greeted us upon arrival. We loved the decor and beautiful quilts. The location was just a short drive from St. Joseph (we went to the Chiefs Training Camp one day). We made a delicious meal the 2nd night we were there. The kitchen is cute and has all the essentials, along with a Keurig. It stormed a bit during our stay, but we relaxed on the big comfy couch in the living room and watched a movie together one night. I wish we could’ve stayed longer. I highly recommend staying here! We felt right at home.

Summary: What a great place to stay. The yard was such a wonderful surprise, especially for the two little boys that where with us. The owner couldn’t have been friendlier. It was a pleasant stay.

Summary: A lovely older home in the country, very quiet and peaceful with a very nice hostess. It was nice for our Granddaughter to have her own room. Loved the house and the quilts.

Summary: We stayed here to visit our daughter who is attending BC. We're a bit limited to where we can stay with our furry family member, but this tends to take us on adventures we wouldn't otherwise get to go on. This weekend was no exception. Brenda is a lovely host - very welcoming and cares for humans and dogs alike. We had a wonderful time visiting campus, but also really enjoyed getting away for some downtime together in the country. It's only 22 mins from campus, and well worth the trip. Thank you, Brenda!
