Positive: Absolutely as described and per the photos. Ideal for a couple with a dog. Well placed for visiting Dorset/Wiltshire. The information book was helpful.
Negative: Couldn’t figure out how to control the heating - too warm! (In October a nice problem to have, but felt as if we were wasting energy!)
Summary: Comfortable, well situated, would definitely return.

Positive: Fabulous location. Delightful cottage , cosy and quaint. Lovely welcome from the owners .
Negative: Could be tricking driving from property. Required 2 of us to drive away safely as bend in road quite tight. But we managed safely enough.

Positive: It was beautifully clean and well appointed. The bedroom cum sitting room with the Juliet balcony was a joy to behold. The views of the hills were glorious and the bed and the sofa were both luxuriously comfortable. I felt like royalty!. I enjoyed watching the sparrows in the trees while sitting in the private, sunny courtyard. What a treat.
Negative: The property was on a bit of a blind bend, so I had to be very wary setting off in the car, listening for approaching traffic. But there's nothing that could be done about that!
Summary: A beautiful, snug retreat.
