Positive: Very clean and nicely appointed studio in a good neighborhood location. Large and comfortable.
Negative: Although large enough, they would not allow a third person - my grandson was not able to stay there with his parents, so stayed with us which was good for us but could be problematic for other travelers.
Summary: Tricky to find but nice once you are there.

Positive: The location was amazing a block away from the best view of downtown Seattle. We enjoyed walking to the coffee shop around the corner and strolling around the neighborhood. There are some wonderful restaurants close by as well. The studio was very comfortable , clean and quiet. We had a wonderful 4 night stay. Would stay again next time in Seattle.

Negative: There were a couple safety issues that I spoke to Vacasa about. Those being the step down at the front door entry invites a stumble when first entering the property. The doorways to the bathroom and bedroom are only 6 ft high...anyone taller than that will hit their heads on the door transom... I hit mine once on each doorway. These items need to be highlighted with a paint color that indicates "caution".

Negative: The two entrances to the home were a bit confusing from the street (especially at night) - maybe some better wayfinding to the basement entrance would have been helpful. Having said this, the host was extremely responsive and helpful.
Summary: I had an excellent stay and was well cared for.
