Positive: The lighting was good. The location was close to public transport. The outside of the house was very pretty with twinkle lights. The bedroom had a balcony and lovely view of the garden.
Negative: It was not clean. I found crumbs and salt on the eating table. The bed looked like it had been slept in as the sheets were crumpled and the bed not nicely made. There was a dishwasher but no dishwasher detergent. The sofa was not comfortable.
Summary: It was okay but not comfortable that I would want to return there.

Positive: I really quite liked the studio unit, it was clean and modern and the location is quiet. Everything worked as it should with good shower and bed. It is only 5 minute walk to the end of the street to get the bus and light rail into central Stockholm and the whole trip only takes 30 minutes. The washing machine/dryer is a champion. It is a good base for exploring the city.
Negative: Getting a bit picky but would have liked a microwave and the small lounge was very basic being made of foam and you end up basically sitting on the floor, chairs were actually better to sit on. A couple of powerpoints and switches were not correctly fixed in position.

Positive: The location was as described. There are some restaurants within walking distance but you need to take the bus to get to the nearest grocery store.
Negative: Bathroom had a bit of a smell we couldn't get rid of. Couch was uncomfortable.

Positive: Very cozy and warm place. It was very convenient to get there from city centre. Property is well equipped, clean and comfortable. Host was very responsive. I really enjoyed my time there.

Positive: It has everything fully equipped, including all the cooking pots, coffee machine, even all sorts of tea! Not mentioning seasoning, oil so you really don’t need supermarket. The loft offers more space so you can enjoy a big bed. Parking is free and convenient. Public’s transportation is convenient and it takes 2 min to walk. Ideal for short time staying.
Negative: The sink in the bathroom smells a bit. Some upgrades of the sink blockers might be considered.
