Positive: The hotel and restaurant people and food was fantastick

Negative: The kitchen for room service was horrible. We ordered a pot of coffee and after 2 hours we canceled .. we tried again the next morning. Still nothing. Because of this I rated the hotel 9

Negative: Room not ready at 4:45 pm. Although some staff were amazing, one front desk person was dismissive when asked whether we could get an additional bottle of water when heading out for the day. No water filler stations were easily accessible that we were aware. Parking is difficult to secure, parking a minivan is almost dangerous in some parts of the garage.

Summary: Great stay with a few drawbacks. Overall more pluses than minuses.

Positive: Very nice facilities. Clean. Loved that I could order Starbucks for breakfast! Perfect location for visiting family in the suburbs of Cincinnati. Secure parking garage. Pleasant staff.

Negative: Dinner at the restaurant was okay but nothing to rave about. Charcuterie/cheese plate was basic and expected higher quality items.

Summary: One of the best options outside downtown Cincinnati. Clean, updated and comfortable accommodations.
