- all rooms have storage space

500m2 of garden are at your disposal, it is ideal to store your sails and boards, so that children play, and to spend good moments with friends or family (molky available on request).

The beach is only 5 meters from the house, take your towel and sit on the sand of the Great Penthièvre Beach.
