Just one hour north of NYC, this large renovated and professionally designed farmhouse is your personal oasis. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the great outdoors, as well as easy access to nearby activities. The Sweet Spot offers tons of entertaining space–both indoors and outdoors– modern and high-end finishes, as well as five bedrooms, an open concept chef’s kitchen and an inground pool on the premises.
The Sweet Spot is managed by a professional vacation rental management company, Home Sweet Hudson. They will provide you with on-the-ground support for any questions or issues that may arise during your stay.

KITCHEN: The bright and spacious kitchen features an open concept with an island for easy entertaining and functional bar seating. Enjoy all of the appliances and modern comforts you’ll need to enjoy meals and entertaining, opening up to a full dining room with seating for ten people.
LIVING SPACE: There are two living areas–one formal living room with a wood burning stove and a family room with large Smart TV and an electric fireplace perfect for lounging.
The first floor includes two bedrooms–the primary suite with a King sized bed and ensuite bathroom and an additional bedroom with a Pottery Barn single bed with a window looking out over the front garden and an old sugar maple tree.
The second floor has three more bedrooms including 1 King bedroom, 1 Queen bedroom and a office/flex space with two single beds, desk and reading nook.
OUTDOOR SPACE: Off of the main house there is a six foot table with seating and a firepit in addition to the in-ground pool with an open air barn for lounging out of the sun.
