Welcome to the Tee House. We have 4 full size beds. 1 hide-a-bed sofa, and a large sleep sofa. They are in 3 rooms (suggested maximum of 6 adults). We have 2 full bathrooms, living room with 65" TV/DirectTV, Full laundry room, dining room, kitchen, deck with grill and dining table , High Speed Fiberoptic Wi-Fi, towels, linens, pillows, dishes, silverware, cookware, and coffee are all included on site. Golf cars and chargers can be accommodated upon request. No pets/ No Smoking. Our $135 rate is for the first two occupants and $30/person after that up to 6 occupants.

Summary: Checking in at the pro shop was easy and house was perfect for me and my 3 kids with 2 bathrooms. Everything we needed was there and we will stay here again.

Summary: This is a beautiful property located on the side of the left side of the golf course (when looking from the entrance). In front you have the beautiful trees, on the right you have a meadow, and on the left and behind the house is the golf course. There is a pond behind the home that they do allow the guest to use. My husband and father in law did catch a bass each. :) They do have a nice deck with a smaller gas grill, and great sized back yard. Melbourne did put on their own firework show located at the fair grounds and the view from this house was spectacular! Did not have to leave to go anywhere. Inside there is an open floor plan with the kitchen and living room. Down the hallway is a bathroom and bedroom on both sides. In the living room you have two nice leather couches that make into beds and then both the bedrooms have two full size beds each. The bathrooms, one is a normal sized with a tub/shower and the other is very large with just shower and does include the washer and dryer. Perfect, peaceful, and quite location. Thank you.
