Positive: Breakfast was excellent, service impeccable, general ambiance was very good. Rooms were clean & tidy and all the staff members were very polite.

Negative: There was no indication on the initial booking that the spa needed booking separately. When we tried to book the spa and pool the night before the staff member said it wasn't possible to do at that time. When we tried to book the pool & spa the following morning all the days slots were fully booked. We purposely opted for a hotel with a spa & pool facilities so were disappointed not to use them.
